Strategies
Development of specialized education and training for the Missions Committee in:
- Motivation
- Field Exposure
- Policy Development
- Provision of adequate resources
Short - Term Strategy
- Communicate vision and practical, motivational information to the P.A.W.I constituency through a quarterly newsletter.
- Develop short-term missions training for professionals. Given the global shift in approaches to sourcing, training and sending missionaries, consideration should be given to adjustment of P.A.W.I.’s orthodox position of doing the same, i.e. the necessity for candidates to have at least three years bible training.
