Real Estate/ Capital Projects

a. Fellowship property at #85 Tunapuna Road, Tunapuna, Trinidad may be viewed as an income generating project encompassing offices, limited conferencing and living accommodations.

b. PAWI must embrace the West Indies School of Theology (WIST) as part of its missions program. In this regard, the Science and Computer Lab at WIST should be addressed as a PAWI project – assistance would be sought including its networking partners.

c. The WIST Campus may be known as the Centre of Administration and Training, and should house both administrations of PAWI and WIST. The third floor of the Patrick Ryan complex may be prepared to house the PAWI Administration and a conferencing complex among other things.

d. Local church teams may be involved in the execution of each capital project in priority, the Science and Computer Lab, the Patrick Ryan Administration Complex and the #85 Tunapuna Road.
