Skilled, qualified, successful persons in their field of endeavour should be used in equipping and developing other leaders and members. They should also be involved in ministry at levels of the organization.
To facilitate the above, a skill bank should be developed to give qualified persons within our congregations, opportunity to be a part of the process. The skills bank shall include District Superintendents, Pastors and congregations.
An wholisitic review of the system of remuneration should be done with the view of reducing the tax burden of officers by provisions of perks and establishing some minimum wage package for all categories of workers.
Recognition of workers’ performances and incentive programs should form part of the overall development of workers.
Presentation of strategic projects so as involve all sectors at church, district and international levels. This should include winning the support of business and corporate citizens in development plans.
