3.Evangelism
A statement of Evangelism should be made defining the type of evangelism envisioned, e.g. Door to door, outdoor crusade, one-on-one, etc. The group/s being targeted and the anticipated additions of souls to be won for the year. The Goal Sheet would also show the following headings:

1.Keep the church abreast at all times of the church’s goals and plans.
2.Educate the members through
- Seminars (twice annually)
- Literature
- Visual Aids
3.Short-term missionary trips (once per year)
4.Adopt the Evangelism Explosion Program
5.Personal Evangelism - Each one win one.
- Train students to win their class mates.
- Train workers to win their co-workers.
- Members should be involved in community groups, sport clubs, etc.
- Cell groups
6.Community Outreach
- Prisons Outreach
- Hospitals Ministry
- Children’s Homes
4.Missions
The Pastor would be responsible for “Creating a Vision for Missions” which would involve
- Preaching on Missions
- Creating of missions through visits by missionaries, films, reading of missions letters and contract with missionaries on the field, etc.
- Hosting annual Missions Conventions.
